Local Approval Process
Once you and your general contractor are satisfied and have approved your building plans, our in-house design department makes any changes you have requested. Now your design is ready and your lot can be prepared and the foundation construction to begin. Plans, elevations, and schematics for pre-engineered structures are submitted to your state, city, and local governments to ensure that construction meets local rules and regulations. Most communities have inspectors on site to evaluate the foundation for proper construction methods assuring you that your home will be everything you expected.
Quality assurance is a constant process during every phase, ensuring the finest construction.
